Tree of Life Lutheran Church is blessed with a beautiful facility. We live out our mission, to invite, inspire, and include all people in Christ's love, and this includes the use of our building when we are able. If you are interested in requesting space for a function, either for personal or business, please fill out the form below. 

Anyone wishing to use the building for an event (whether a church-related or non-church event) must fill out the "Building Use Request" form. When requesting specific hours of use, please include at least one hour for setup and another hour at the end of the event for cleanup. As a primary goal of proper stewardship and lowering our electricity cost, it is necessary to use this form to inform the office to ensure your event will be properly cooled or heated. 

For weddings, please submit the "Wedding Date Request." After your date is approved, you will be asked to fill out the "Wedding Details" information packet.
